I'm down 0.8 pounds, though I still don't have my head in the game. I am doing too much evening snacking and drinking and blaming it on "stress reduction." To be fair, I am feeling stressed as we empty out our house and get ready for our move…there's just so much work to be done and so many deadlines to meet (e.g., the movers are coming for the stuff we're shipping to Israel in less than two weeks, but we will still be here in the US for another three months). I'm getting most of my runs in, at least, which has been helpful, even though I am still working my way through a resolving injury.
Anyway, 'nuf of my complaining!

Steve - I think that a move like you are doing would be right up there on a list of stressful life events. Hang in there. Wish I could say I'm getting my runs in, but between spring rains and being busy with other things I have not been running. I need to get back out there before the summer heat arrives.

.9 down, back to where I was in early April.
I love how we're doing an impromptu GoaD on the Run thread! I've been following the C25K plan to help me get back to regular running. I'll finish week 6 this morning, so I'll be running continuously for 22 minutes - haven't done that for a while! I need to decide soon what I really want out of running (and, along with that, what my body will tolerate).

Up 1.6 lbs. Ate a late dinner last night and ate too much. Usually this results in a gain night before WI. Plus I was up very late. These are factors that contribute to weight gain for me most of the time.

Hey GOAD!
I'm up .8 over two weeks. I actually feel okay about that as I was out of town for a fun long weekend last week. I didn't go crazy, but I also didn't fret about every snack or drink.
