May Week 2 Group Challenge - Healthy BINGO

This week's challenge is a Healthy BINGO and here's your board. You're welcome to post daily pictures of your board as you add to it or if you can't get the cut/paste to work, post a list with your options in this format (B1, I2, N3, G4, O5) for example.

Never drink sugar sweetened drinks, so what was an easy one…reduced stress by reading for two hours today and got 8 hours of sleep! Also, I had chicken for lunch today…nice start…hope I can keep it up this week! How's your day going?

A couple of these felt like cheating haha, I don't drink sweetened beverages or consume any artificial sweeteners, I only use olive oil and healthy fats, I have been told to drink LESS water and I have a spice cupboard, used every day, that would be the envy of Spain in the 1600s.

- I usually get ~7 hours of sleep, but I got 8½ last night
- I have very low stress (I'm retired!); I've already earned a Garmin badge for
Low Stress May — "maintain a daily average stress level <= 50 for 7 days" - I use very little salt; I salt scrambled eggs, that's about it;
however, some seasonings have salt in them. - I exercise every day, usually 2+ hours

Today I had some fresh strawberries, blueberries, nuts and granola on some greek yogurt this morning…had a banana at lunch, so took care of my fruit, nuts and granola today. I drank 83 oz of water today and it was a great day!

Today I've eaten chicken, no red meat…I have bread which has added fiber and with my cleaning and strength exercises, I exercised more than 30 min today…a good day, I think! How was yours?
