What macros are you doing?

hi, new here. I’ve taken 2 weeks dose at 2.5mg, first week no issue. This week really struggling to eat. What kcals are you all aiming for each day. I’ve managed 843 today & it was a struggle. That’s not me at all! I’m trying to make sure I’m eating enough protein but it’s so hard. Help!

I use the MFP food diary and track the carb percentage, trying to keep it under 30%, and on really good days under 20%. I also use carb percentage as a custom goal to run reports (I have to manually enter the percentage on the Check In, but it's worth that 15 seconds of my time since it helps me figure out what I need to adjust). It took a lot of analysis of my food diary to determine the carbs and portion sizes that work best for me. If I'm eating less than 30% carbs my protein macro is usually fine. I don't track calories (kcal) at all, and I don't track fats, because if my carbs are kept low I am eating enough protein (and vegetables). I almost never feel ill when I eat like this. When I have eaten an increased percentage of carbs I feel barfy or get a headache or feel 'off'. I wish a Mounjaro group existed when I started taking it because if someone had told me what percent carbs might work so I feel nearly always great I would have had fewer days of feeling lousy from side effects.
