I'm up 2 pounds. Just struggling with eating and drinking too much as a means of "relaxation." It is pandemonium at our house with all of the preparations for the move and all of the workers here getting everything fix, painted, cleaned, etc., in anticipation for going on the market next week. That, of course, is simply rationalization, but the anxiety is real. I just need to deal with it more appropriately.
On a good note, I am back to my full running plan. There are still a few aches and pains, but things are much better now.

Up .5#, which is shocking and 100% undeserved because I had a good week, darnit. 😉

Down 1.4 pounds. This more than offsets my gain last week, but there is still work to be done.

Down 5.2lbs this week. Just a very busy week. Didn't concentrate on this kind of loss but I'll take it.

Dunno - no scale. I’ve made good choices so far, and four days in my clothes still fit. 🤷🏻♂️

I had a decent week, especially in terms of junk food consumption. More of this, and the scale will catch up with my efforts.
I had social plans fall apart thanks to the craziness happening at Newark airport, so I need to take advantage of the free time that fell in my lap. Meal planning seems like a good idea.
