I'm down 1 pound. That's not really a victory, but just regular fluctuations, as I haven't gotten my head back into the game. I keep saying that I'll get re-engaged after our house goes up on the market, which is probably going to be next Thursday, so hopefully I can leverage that moment to get back on my plan (though it would be nice to do it beforehand).

Other than that, still running, and slowly making up for all of the milage I lost when I was resting an injury. I'm not sure I'll be able to get out today as it's supposed to rain a bunch, but we'll see. We already sold off our treadmill, so it's either run outside or don't run. Rain doesn't bother me so much unless it's heavy and likely to soak my shoes.

Up 3.8 # this week. Overeating might be the issue.

Up .4. I feel like I earned a loss this week, so I think this is just normal ebb and flow. I wasn't perfect but I was mindful and definitely didn't eat as much as I wanted.

    Way to go Brian.

Up 1.6. That wipes out last week's loss.

I like that Tim posts his YTD status, so I'm going to follow his lead and start including that on Fridays. I meant to today. After losing 22.6 pounds last year, I'm up 3.4 for the year. My personal goal was to lose 20 this year. I'm not sure that's possible, but there's plenty of time to make a good dent.
