We are open to learning new things to enhance our health and well-being. We are comfortable "being in our own skin" as we work towards our individual and common goals and challenges. Everyone in this team matters, and we take the time to get to know each member and one another. We are a "work in progress" as we each navigate this 8-week challenge.
Mission Slimpossible: We are racing to the FINISH LINE ... taking one more step, eating one more healthy meal, and getting in one more set of reps. We are better today than we were yesterday - and we are planning to be even better tomorrow. We are Team SlimPossible. Join our supportive team, and let's make these next 8 weeks FUN as we lose 5% of our weight, make new friends, and improve our health!

We are a very Enthusiastic, Encouraging, Competitive team as we race against the other 5% teams! Working on being healthy and losing weight while living our lives to the fullest now and into the future! Our theme is “Progress, not perfection” With no judgments, we encourage positive reinforcement while achieving our goal to be --POSITIVELY STRONG 4 LIFE! Enjoy this amazing 8-Week Challenge!
Rain Dancers: In a life where things are constantly changing, we are a team that's there for each other, we celebrate the good days and we embrace the bad ones. We keep pushing to reach our goals even when the sun isn't shining. We are the Rain Dancers..... instead of waiting for the storm to pass, we are learning to dance in the rain, enjoying the journey, and looking for the rainbow of hope.
Red Hots: The Red Hots - are dedicated, competitive, supportive, and focused on having an amazing race. As we practice our Healthy Habits, we each get to write our own Red Hot success story! Red Hots team members work on individual and team goals. WE are collaborative, contributing to our team's EXERCISE and HEALTHY HABITS goals. Above all, we ALWAYS keep moving forward and NEVER give up![/b]
Shape Shifters: Working together to shift not only our shapes but our health and minds as well as we race to "Break Through The Ribbon" each week during our 8-week 5% Challenge.
Tenacious GR8TERS: Healthy living should be easy but #sometimesit'slikegratingrocks! We are the "Tenacious GR8TERS"! We Gr8fully support and encourage each other on this journey to wellness! We are GR8 at the friendly competition, but winning the race isn't the most important goal, although we do like to be in the 4th or 5th position at the finish line. If we can do better, we will not complain! Smile. What is of utmost importance is the individual success of each GR8 member. Rest assured that we are here to encourage everyone on this team.
Thinner Winners: Our team is a group of WINNERS who want to be THINNER and who have chosen to find the support they need to reach their goals. Team Challenges are part of that system where together, we will succeed and have fun doing it.
Any Team Is Great: If you are new to the challenge and are not familiar with the teams, or if you just want to switch things up and get to know some new friends, this is the team for you to choose. Positions are added a few days before the invitations are sent in order of sign-up.
