    I am down 0.2 pounds, but the reality is that I was up by a couple of pounds all week and really did not follow my plan very well, so I think I "deserve" a gain and not a loss. In my defense, or as a matter of excuse, we had the holiday of Shavuot this week which includes traditions like eating cheesecake and other dairy items, and then we went out with friends last night to start the prolonged process of saying goodbye to our friends here before we move. Also, the holiday took away two running days, and it's raining pretty heavily this morning, so I don't know if I'll be able to run today (we already sold our treadmill). Woe is me, woe is me…(feel free to add tiny violins too!).

    Like Steve, I’m down, but it was also an “I coulda been a contender!” sort of weigh-in for me. There were two days with impactful poor choices, one of which was an unnecessary turn into a Dunkin just to make sure they still sold donuts. PSA - they do, so none of you need to go just to verify that.

    But as they say, there’s no “only” about a loss. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    up 2.2 wiped out my 2.2 lb loss last week. New start

    I'm out of town with no scale access but I'm sure I would have been up this week. My food tracker shows it, and I feel it. Blah.

    I'm up .6, and I'm A-OK with that after a week of traveling and eating all my favorites along the way. And not tracking, and really not working out at all.
