    Hi! This sounds like a great group I'd love to join! I will share a little info about me here and then check out the events any and other discussions, etc.

    Name: Carole/Home: Boston, MA (2-BR Apt.)/Work: Cambridge (full-time)/Age: 67 this August (18th)/Highest Weight: 217 on February 29th, 2008/Height: 5'3"/Current Weight: ~164/Goal Weight: 132-140 lbs. by New Year's Eve, 2025/Divorced since 1988/1 son, age 41 married to DIL 5 years (no grandkids)/live with one female cat (tortie-tabbie named, "MJ-chou".

    My commute to work is about 2.3 miles, each way. My regular workout walk speed is ~4mph; however, plantar fasciitis (right heel) has slowed me down and I have slacked off over recent months. I plan to get back into regular commit walks to and from work on weekdays that aren't holidays or time off and to also put in some activity on the weekends. I just had my annual physical oh June 26th and my doctor cleared me to continue my regular walking.

    I look forward to participating and checking in daily, beginning tomorrow (Monday, June 30th), if it's not too late. I will make sure to check out any rules and guidelines first.
