    I am doing pretty well. Attendance at church is always in a slump this time of year, and that is discouraging.

    I seem to have gotten the weight loss process started again, and have lost a few pounds.

    Today is my wife's birthday, so we went out for breakfast and I have ribeyes for tonight. Today is not the best day for the diary.

    Checking in - these past couple of weeks have had a series of scheduled doctor's appointments. I am tired of them. I had one weird one where they had me come in for vitals and a urine sample I guess, and then the appointment was virtual. I sat in an examining room and they had a tablet on a stand.

    Wow! That's weird about coming in for a telehealth appointment. Was there a storm or something that kept the doctor at home? I hope your wife had a great birthday! Waves!

    That was pretty weird. No explanation or anything, but maybe had a positive Covid test or something and did not want to cancel a bunch of appointments - who knows?

    I think her birthday was a good one!
