Today's Topic: Starting Day of Your Week. Many of us weigh in on Friday but some others have other weigh in days.
Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions about whether any day is better for starting your week a new and does it really even matter?

I guess I've chosen to devote a little time concentrating on topics last couple of days.
We've talked about this topic in the past probably several times but thought I'd throw it out again..
Most work weeks start on Monday and end on Fridays then have a couple of days off. Of course not everyone's work week start on Monday. I am self employed and really have no definitive start or end to my work week. That being said I've chosen through the years to weigh in on Friday but I usually relax my eating habits starting with Friday evening. There's one dominating reason and that is DW and I have declared Friday evening as date night for a long long time. That doesn't mean that we go hog wild crazy eating over the weekend but we like to try and have something special on Friday nights.
I do start over in Saturday morning but really every day is an important day as far as what and how much I eat.

I manage my week on a Sunday through Saturday basis, so my new weekly points land on Sunday. However, I weigh in on a Wednesday or Thursday. I sort of stumbled into this, but it works for me.
I’m one who tends to protect my points so I have them if needed. However, I also like to use them so I’m getting the most food pleasure available. Once I weigh in midweek, I’m more likely to use weekly or fit points. When it gets to Friday or Saturday night, I want to use them so I don’t lose them.
Come Sunday, however, I’m in “protect” mode. I’m cautious leading up to my weigh-in. That lets me deal with anything that might have happened on the weekend.
This approach - for me - is a good balance of flexibility and accountability.

I used to weigh-in on Tuesday, which was my old WW at Work meeting day. However, I found that my personal pattern of eating didn't fit that well with a Tuesday weigh-in. I generally keep more strict eating habits during the week, but allow more more loosening on the weekend, particularly with the festive meals on Friday/Saturday, etc. So, I always felt like Tuesday was more of a reflection of my weekend, rather than where I wanted to be. I found that Friday, in contrast, tended to represent a more consistent time-point after being tighter with my eating all week.

Ever since I started weight watchers back in 2005 thru today I've always weighed on a Monday unless I am away from my scale then it is the next closest day.

Saturday through Friday. Weigh daily, but "official" weigh in on Saturday morning.

Daily. At WW on Wednesday, and here on Friday.
