@CassieGetsFit2013 - What a whoosh! Here's hoping it sticks around, for your sake. It might be worth weighing in again tomorrow just to see if it has stabilized or not. What do you think led to this loss?

I will try to catch up to current in step count. I unfortunately have been in the hospital with my dad since the 26th because he fell while cleaning his shower and broke his neck. I haven’t been home to weight myself but I can pull my steps from Fitbit 😔🫶🏼

I know I said I'd be out until September, but can I join back in? I can post my weights from last week and this week if it can count, as I did still weigh myself. It's been creeping up again and I need to get back on track. Thanks in advance!

Happy Monday! Weigh in:

PW: 271.1 lbsI am tracking my food in MFP again. I really hoped the intuitive approach would help me get a better handle on my eating habits, and maybe it would have if I gave it more time. It was very helpful though, and learned a lot about my hunger and fullness cues and how different foods make me feel.
I set a realistic calorie goal and the plan is to stay in a small deficit while maintaining muscle by strength training.

Well, this is disappointing, but I half expected to even see 220 again and I'm REALLY glad I didn't! Although I am being a little more active, (due to pet jobs that are making me move more!) I had a horrible week of bad eating. Everywhere I turned, someone was ordering pizza or frozen pizza on top of so much bread and pasta as well. I'm disappointed in the number, but also in myself because I should've eaten something different, but the feeling of not wanting to feel left out crept in and this was the damage. So here's hoping to a better week and to try and lose that 2lbs again!
