@CassieGetsFit2013 - You're still a good 2.5 pounds down since the beginning of the month, which is really impressive! Grant yourself some grace, you know how to do this, just do your best 80% of the time and good things will come. You're allowed pizza and pasta and bread, especially since you're moving around more often! One week does not indicate an overall change, it's what you do consistently.

I didn’t have a lot of steps last week. Not sure why I had zero a few days. I didn’t walk on the treadmill last week or the start of this week. I have not been feeling well and something is pinching. I was hoping my back was going to be magically healed after surgery but I am just impatient. I did walk yesterday and plan on getting on the treadmill in a few minutes. Sunday I was out walking around the stores trying to find a dress for my son’s wedding. I was hoping to have lost some weight by then but that’s not happening. I have a few weeks to try to lose a few pounds but not what I originally wanted.

Sorry I missed last week, I was back in Scotland for a funeral and just didn't get round to doing things.

I never know what day it is with not working right now so I forgot to weigh in yesterday but did it today. My weight is going the wrong way. I know I haven’t been able to do much because of my back and trying to heal but I haven’t been going crazy with my eating and I always have water next to me. I used to go out to eat a few times a week and now sometimes it’s just once if we go so you would think I would be doing much better.

got some bloodwork done this week and everything looks good except I have high cholesterol.. this isn’t new but haven’t take meds for it. Will really need to hone in on my diet. I feel like I’m letting loose of my diet, my meals (breakfast, lunch dinner)are pretty healthy. But it’s the little things like when patients bring us treats or free snacks at work that trip me up. Or hanging with family and friends. This week I bought a bunch of fruits and hope to eat more vegetables, and I think I’ll reduce my calorie intake a little more from 1700–>1400ish.

Hi folks! It has been an overwhelming week over on my side. I'm about to go coach a group fitness class, but should be able to get the steps results post in after I'm back and have food in my stomach. Thanks for your patience, especially these past couple weeks. There's been a LOT going on haha
I have everyone's updates up to this point logged, so we should be all set.

I went for my second 5k walk/run this week and I was able to run for longer. I took 10 minutes off my time but it would of been less, I stopped to say hello to a beautiful cat she showed me her belly
