What is one thing you’re eating this summer that you normally wouldn’t eat in winter? What is one thing you’re doing this summer that you normally wouldn’t do in winter?

Food in the summer? It’s grilling burgers on the deck. It’s not so much a matter of temperature but daylight. I need enough daylight to grill, eat, bake off the drippings, and let it cool down so I can put the cover back on.

Activity? Pulling weeds in the flower beds. (In the winter, it’s shoveling snow.)

Food in the summertime? seasonal fruits and vegetables .

I cycle outdoors during the summer. During the winter I cycle indoors on a stationary bike. Goal this year 3000 miles. I’m behind this pace a bit at the end of June but will definitely catch up in July thru September, peak cycling season

I love when we get to use the Trager grill in the summer…nothing better than summer BBQ! We haven't done it much this year, unfortunately, just because of how busy we've been, but it's still a favorite.

In terms of activity, getting in a "hike" at a local park is always nice. Hikes here in Ohio are nothing like hikes were in Utah. It's so much flatter here, but at least it's more shady. Ultimately, hikes here are just walks in the woods, but they are still enjoyable.

I've been going the Senior's indoor pool. It's heated and only disabled children and Senior's allowed.

Also do love fresh garden vegetables from tge local Farmers market.
