Motivation dwindling...

So, last week was a rough week for me. Things were so hectic that I was unable to do my Thursday and Friday workouts. Well, technically I was unable to do Thursday's, and just lost all will on Friday. Saturday was my rest day, and now I'm finding it SO hard to get back at it. Has anyone else missed a day, and then struggled to get back to it? I hope you all are having a better time of it than I am!

    If Thursday and Friday was already skipped, Y did you have a rest day on Saturday.
    Tell your self to give your self 10min. If you feel after 10min you can't do it. then skipp it..

    Excellent question! Saturday I was out of the house with family stuff literally all day, hence the scheduled rest day. I've set up Insanity around the rest of my crazy life, so it's hard to squeeze things in where they're unplanned. Yesterday was the start of week 4 for me, and it went better than expected. I'm still struggling to find that motivation I had in the beginning, though. I just need to tell myself that if I can make it through this week, I'll get to the recovery week!
