Joyful July, the First Part of the Second Half of the Year!

Hello, healthy eaters!
What are your plans for July?
I am working on eating lots of vegetables, and eating salads for dinner, salads that would meet Dr Fuhrman's recommendations.
Here are some of the recipes I am looking at:

Joe and I have been getting prepared meals for the last year and a half. They are WFPB-ish. They use salt, but not a lot, and they use oil sparingly when needed. There's tons of variety and everything is yummy. Serving sizes are larger than I should have, so I've been trying eat less of it and I've cut down to 2 meals per day most days.
For breakfast I have a smoothie with Amla Greens powder and KaChava power, fresh greens, almond milk and frozen blueberries. The amla is good for a lot of things but it helps reduce my cravings and is good for blood sugar. I've also been having some metamucil fiber capsules with each meal to help with blood sugar (slows digestion) and feeling full for longer. So far it is working well. I've been doing this for maybe a week now. It feels easy and sustainable.
For this month, I want to continue with the smoothies and Plantage meals. I'm also trying to put in more hours at work, and I know I need to exercise more but I am struggling with that. So 3 workouts a week would be a great start.
Love your pics Bisky. Glad you guys are loving Alaska.

Hello, healthy eaters!
How is July going for you?
My eating plans had a wrinkle thrown in them by a tooth thing, and I spent a little over a week eating fewer salads and smoothies, since chewing, cold and heat were all challenging. Things have been repaired, and I am heading back to plan. I ate a decent number of raw veggies and fruit today, and a couple of servings of vegan protein. I look forward to getting in my big salad with lentils tomorrow. (I am out of calories today).
In other news, it is finally not rasining, so I got to do a long outdoor walk. Very exciting. Here in central Texas, it has been raining for a couple of weeks. Phew.
