For those of you who do the whole 30, do you sign up & pay on that site? Or do you just do your own thing for free? O.o *confused*

Just DO it!!!!! lol The "It Starts with Food" book is useful (I follow more the "Primal Body, Primal Mind" guidelines) but there is no sign up. I did a W30 in August and I have some friends doing it now. Right in this group there is a thread for people doing Whole30 in September.0

Just did it. I suggest finding a group online that starts with you for support throughout. If you can get a friend to do it, even better.0

you can just do it but I know a lot of people find the daily emails really helpful.
all the information is on the site and there is also a really great forum with lots of people to get help from.
we have a private support group on fb and if u decide to do the whole 30,we are there for support
I finish the first 30 days from tomorrow but will still be going strong for a LONG time0 -
The site and information on the site is absolutely free. You can, as others commenters stated, sign up for daily emails. I didn't do the emails but was very active on the forums. I kept a daily log and was active in the kombucha and recipe groups. I found A LOT of support on the site and loads of information. If it were me, I would pick up the book and read through the site and sign up with the forums (forums are free). I am not sure I would have done as well as I did if it weren't for my buddies over there. Actually i have been thinking about heading back to those forums for a bit, haven't been on there in a month or so, just to re-up my resolve and check in with some friends.
Whatever you choose to do, good luck with it!! It is a great experience, hands down the best thing I have done for my body and mind!0 -
Thanks for all your responses guys!
Sorry I ask so many questions. I just like to hear from people too & not just research.
