I did Turbo Jam a long time ago. I've joined a gym because I was getting bored with the Turbo Jam and Turbo Wire DVDs. I haven't really been committed to the gym in a couple of years and plan on canceling my membership this week and go back to Turbo Jam. I like that I can do it any time of the day and I had good results when I first used it. I also like that BODI has all their workouts online and available for streaming. Makes everything easier and no DVDs to worry about when traveling.

Right now,, I weigh 200 pounds, this is the heaviest I have ever been. I've had to deal with some tragedies in my life over the last nine years. I used food as a comfort and to make myself feel better. I have started on eating better. I can't remember when I last had fast food. I have been cooking at home and planning meals more. Its helped me with weight and save money. Since it's summer here in Arizona, I plan on adding swimming with the Turbo Jam workouts. When the weather cools I'll do urban hikes (basically walking) in my neighborhood and do actual hiking in the mountains near by. I might join the gym again in the future. I did like the classes and instructors and people there. But at-home workouts will help me right now.

Sorry to hear you've had a difficult time over the past nine years. Glad you are focused on living a healthier lifestyle.

    turbo jam is fun.

I've subscribed to BoD for several years. I'm currently doing 9 Week Control Freak. I'm in Week 4.
