I am now officially without a scale! Ours was taken away to go to auction yesterday, along with our furniture (well, half of our stuff, they're coming back to finish the job, hopefully, today). Yesterday I was down 1.6 pounds.

It will be interesting to be without a scale for a while. We'll buy one when we get to Israel, but that's still a few weeks away. I guess I'm going totally "intuitive" at this point. I don't have a food scale now either.

My running is going ok. I have a lot of aches and pains these days, but I'm still able to run through all of them and if I get my run in today (which I plan), I will have stuck with my running plan all week.

    (yesterday) 182/142.2/146

    Up 1.8#.

We ate out Wednesday, and I ate EVERYTHING, from the appetizer to having a SoftServe cone, on the way home.

Up 1 lb this week. Not to disappointed considering last week was Friday the 4th and I continued to eat left overs.

It also doesn't help to eat real late and top it off with ice cream and cookies the night before your weigh in.

    On to a new week.

I've been in a rut, with a headache that wouldn't quite go away all week + a strained MCL that has me skipping my runs (and walks too, tbh). I haven't been making great food choices. I might weigh in tomorrow, but I'm more likely to avoid the scale until next week. I feel quite improved this morning, fwiw.

Even for the week. Down 6.6 YTD If I lose 13 lbs for the year that will put me within shouting distance of a goal weight loss for the year of 15 to 20 lbs. Trusting the process, keeping the faith, one day at a time

Better late than never. I weighed on Saturday before leaving town. I'm up 1, but my weight fluctuated all week within a pound. Life is a bit crazy right now. I need to get through this week. I feel like next week I'll have more time to focus on myself. Also, I'm having a bad allergic reaction to something and am extremely inflamed.

    I think that’s called maintaining. 😉

Unless that’s not your target Then, it’s a plateau.
