Olds Cookie Watch

Starting day 7 cookie free.
Kinda fudged on the candy yesterday. They have Lifesavers at the physical therapist. I had 3. But it was only 3. And only Lifesavers. And mint, not fruit flavored. Individually wrapped. At a medical office. So if I were counting WW points they wouldn’t count right?
I mean mints at a medical office? Those are practically medicine aren’t they?

Can confirm. Candies and mints in a medical facility are presumptively physician-approved, and thus more-or-less health food. Track that Lifesavers mint as you would a fresh mint leaf.

So the mini Hershey bars in my doctor's waiting room are good for me? That is not a stretch, is it?

Those Andes bars have mint - and the Halo top Mint Chip, and the Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip . . . . so none need to be tracked!
Yes, I’m being facetious - but I also don’t track the mints from the bowl at the restaurant on the way out after dinner.

In an ironic twist those mini Hershey bars are exactly the candy I’m trying to stay away from. About 3 months ago DW was doing some redecorating and decided a filled candy dish would look good in the living room. Mini Hersheys were a regular feature. 3 weeks ago she went to visit DD for a week. The candy relocated to the fridge. The dish is still out & looks just fine.
This little episode is reminding me of the importance of small ball fixes.

Went to see our lawyer to update our wills on Tuesday and the candy bowl was Hershey Kisses! I figure since it was a lawyers a office that meant they were "Legal" and thus did not need to be tracked!
