I don't have a scale right now, so no official result. I haven't been very controlled in my intake, so I imagine I'm up. I did get my runs in on the non-rainy days this week, so that's good. We're "homeless" now (at least in the US), so we'll be living in AirBnbs and traveling for the next few weeks until we leave for Israel. That means my eating will again be less controlled than I'd like. I think when we get to Israel, I'll follow Kg instead of pounds, and that way when I weigh in at ~70 Kg, it'll seem lighter than weighing in at 150+ pounds!

I’m curious, Steve - you mentioned traveling and AirBnB’s and such; are you making a memories tour or visiting family or seeing the USA before leaving for Israel?
I still have a scale and access to a WW Studio, and made my free monthly weigh in. Still in the Red Zone, but down again. Although I don’t like the binary nature of goals, I have set a mental goal for myself to weigh in again next week and at least be in the free zone. I’m deliberately setting short-term goals like that rather than saying a specific weight or pounds down. I’m also not looking beyond next week in setting these goals. I guess if I were to articulate a longer term goal it would be to get rid of my habit of stealth eating. Right now, I’m just trying to rebuild a pattern of success.

We're visiting our kids and other family before we leave. We'll be flying out from Columbus for a week-and-a-half, then back here for a few days, then away again for a few days, then back here for a few days, then to NY for a couple of days before our flight to Israel. It will be a little chaotic, but because our boys both moved to new places recently, we wanted to visit them in their new digs before we go.

Improved. Still up a bit from where I was 2 weeks ago, but I put a decent sized dent into my July 4th spike. I should probably get more serious about losing. My day-to-day mode is maintenance oriented.
