Now off to the treadmill. Its 330pm and I'm only at 3000 steps because I have been running errands and school clothes shopping for the kids all day. Also ate crappy so far. A bagel for breakfast, and Wendy's for lunch, but I got their Wednesday meal and gave my frosty to my daughter so I guess I'm not doing the worst, but I'm off to burn those calories now

I've got to keep six months ago in my memory and how much CONSTANT pain I was in…last weekend I pushed myself to walk in larger volumes and I suffered for several days this week…not quite as bad as six months ago, but enough to make me take notice and a few tylenol. Today was better, but going to keep walking in smaller sections now…20-30 min at a time…no more pushing an hour and a half…not quite ready for that yet.

I’m nothing if not consistent, lol. I unexpectedly had last week off at the gym, due to the trainer having a family emergency. My knees felt good, but wouldn’t ya know, I ended up with back spasms the whole time! No idea what caused them but they are improving. Now back to the gym this week and my knees were not happy with leg day but they seem to be improving also. I’ve curtailed my walks but went this evening and I could feel my back muscles tightening up so I just went slower and shorter. I will get better eventually!
