Okay so I only lost 1 lb but that is because I got super stressed out about work and life and I haven't been exercising for over 2 weeks. And my diet hasn't been too bad but I basically went an entire week without clean food because I had some personal issues going on. I am willing to leave all of that at the door and move on with life. How is everyone doing on their challenge?

Great! thank you so much for providing this forum to discuss our progress, i'm moving forward slowly as well, but as they say, the tortoise wins the race.... as someone whose successfully lost all her excess weight before (and fast), i can attest to the importance of taking it slow. hope your journey gets more fruitful soon (mine too
