Do you take supplements?
I literally took my first shot (2.5) on Sunday night. I ate less yesterday and still felt full. I am adjusting to less today... Not mad about that. I question can I get all the nutrients I need? Should I be taking a multivitamin? I am eat healthy food... so maybe I am good? I don't want to just be thinner, I want to be healthy.

Make sure you’re drinking lots of water and getting at least 25 grams of fiber. I am getting a lot of nutrients from eating whole foods, but make sure I take a multivitamin to make sure my bases are covered.

I just finished my first week and will be taking my second dose today. So far the only supplement I am adding is protein (powder or bars) as I can't seem to physically eat enough meat etc. to meet those goals.

I love the Oikos Triple Zero berry yogurt (with a tablespoon of chia seeds for fiber) for a fast protein filled snack between meals.
