Over 50 and struggling with weight.

Looking for tips and encouragement for getting back to where I look and feel good. Went to gym and ended up over doing it that took week to recover 😣. I loved working out when younger and have tried all the fad diets and amazing weight loss apps to get the weight off. My body is failing but my mind and focus is still strong. What snacks and other fast meals help keep you feeling full and not adding a lot of calories? Thank you and happy to help encourage and share my ideas too.
