My walking goal is 5000 steps per say. I rarely hit. My walking comes through most of my daily activities.

I have food and weight goals but have been distant thoughts for sometime.

I actually even at 78 love and need goals and goal setting however when I get busy with Real Estate Brokerage Firm, everything seems to stop as that takes preference when things arise.

Switching from a standard bike to an e-bike has made cycling much more enjoyable especially with all the hilly terrain.

I've managed to keep sneaking my runs in nearly every day even though we've been traveling in-and-out-of-town and living out of suitcases for nearly a month now.
