WHY has my weight loss has slowed from 6lbs to 3lbs per month?

After 8 months of Tirzepatide injections my weight loss has slowed from 6lbs to 3lbs per month. I'm still sticking to my menu plans and exercise plans that started when I began my weekly injections. I started at 2.5mg/week and am now at 5mg/week. I am 70 years old.
Has anyone else gotten this far and had this happen? If so, any ideas on why?
