@frankwbrown I requested to friend you on garmin. Not sure if I will get out for a 5k or not, this weekend looks like a washout followed by tropical storm monday or tuesday 🌧🌧 If it does rain all weekend, I will end up on the treadmill (I much prefer outside).

Sorry, I don't use Zoom or Garmin. I'll just be reading and doing challenge solo. Thank you for all the info. I enjoy hearing about it.

Today was back to my routine. Still feeling nauseous but pushed myself to do 60 minutes of cardio. Then, I helped with my husbands tree business, loading brush and logs for 1 1/2 hours.

    Hey Y'all:

I can completely relate @alleykat69 !!! I'm sneezing my head off today and I look like Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. UGH! Glad y'all can't see me!

Got my 50 min walk in for Saturday…so I met my goals for the week. Started at 20 min and increased by 5 minutes every day…hope you guys met the goals you set for the week in building endurance.

Will be back shortly to give you the link for next week's challenge.

Today I did 25 minutes of cardio, followed by 34 min of full body strength training, and 10 min of stretching. It's not a part of my endurance plan but I'm staying active.
