Day 16 of 90

Focus T25 Week 3 Day 2

Today : ALPHA Speed 1.0 (My favorite !!)

I am happy to say that I only followed the modifier about 25% of the time maybe? I had to with the low cross jacks and the ..um? well, anything with "cross" in it for the most part lol That stuff is hard to do with 2 left feet :tongue: :laugh:

  • P90X legs and back completed this morning.
  • 45 minute 3 mile WATP weight loss walk using hand weights for 1 mile. It's going to be a hot one in NJ today.....and doing this workout this AM, I was really sweating. I like to think I'm getting skinny when I sweat, so it's all good! :d

    Yesterday I did my HIIT workout while fasting. Meaning before ate breakfast. Just had my bulletproof coffee. Used the treadmill for a 30 minute walk/sprint 3:1. 3 minutes walking at 3.0 mph, 1 minute sprint at 5.0 mph. Whew. It was rough and on an incline of 3.

    So, looking forward to getting stronger and increasing my speed for the sprints. The night before was my refeed night to get those wonderful fat burning hormones to empty my fat cells. I'm seeing results finally. I'll eventually weigh myself, but I'm more focused on what I'm seeing in the mirror and my clothes. :-) Sure hope there is something drastic by the end of the 90 days. Can't believe it's already been 2 weeks. So happy this wasn't a 4 week challenge.

    Good afternoon! I got in my 30DS and my arm challenge in this morning. I am planning to fit in some Tae Bo this evening. I'm pushing for no less than 1 hour of working out per day this week. I hope to see some results this weekend!

    So many things to be proud of myself for today! First of all, I fit into my next size down jeans! (Just barely but they fit so damn it I wore them out today!). Second, I finished my first day of Level 2 of the Shred. From an energy standpoint I was able to do it with only 2 quick three second breaks and only one modification at the end to save my poor knee (following the beginner but still!). THEN after that for good measure I immediately added on 20 each of sit ups, squats, leg lifts and modified pushups!

    I am so unbelievably proud of myself today!!! I'm still planning on going out for a walk later tonight with my son. Yippee!!!! I might be feeling it tomorrow but Yippee!!!!!!

    Ok....didn't do my JNL Fusion last night but boy did I get a walk in!! My husband went walking with me and started an argument with me. I got so ticked off and my short little legs started just a truckin....and my little ole' arms were just a pumpin'!! He kept saying "slow down, will you wait for me?" and I felt like I had a diesal fuel engine built into my backside!!!! So ladies....want to get a good power walk in....get your husband to tick you off.:explode:

    HAHAHA! I had a power walk like that the other day after the boyfriend aggravated me too! :-)

    I love seeing how motivated everyone is! The NSV's are so inspiring, makes me smile :)
    And reading some of the funny stories makes me literally LOL too :laugh:
