Hi guys! I'm new to this group, not not new to eating more. It's nice to be around more like-minded people on MFP...I have a lot of 1200-calorie friends, so it'll be good to have a sounding board with people who actually EAT!
A little about me:
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 120 lbs
BMR: 1340
TDEE: 2400
Daily Goal: +/- 2200
Workouts: Running (training for a marathon) and lifting (loosely based on SL5x5)
Oh, and I do 15/60/25 c/f/p and eat paleo (plus occaisional dairy).

Hahaha chronic cardio. There's a higher carb version, paleo for athletes, but the higher carbs cause me to binge, so I keep then below 100g/ day. Honestly, I can't wait for the marathon to be over so I can stop running and concentrate on lifting heavy.0 -
