            WTG @micaroo4 !!! WOOHOO! I did a little dancing this morning before work…tried to walk a little in between the Monday chaos…still gonna walk in a bit and do my strength exercises, but I'm not gonna lie…today I was on the struggle bus! Jessica 1

            Well I thought this was challenge I could participate in. Then life happens. Yesterday we had company after church and then today had a family emergency. It just kind of halts things. But there is always tomorrow. @jessicakrall8 its a Kurano. Odd thing about it is it has a tray instead of handle bars. I guess it’s for people to use the laptop and ride. I can barely sit in a chair and use a laptop so I definitely can’t do that. Lol 2

            Sunday - did all 3! Monday- did plank and stretch. I didn't get to walk on lunch today and it's getting darker earlier now! 1

            Today, I did my 30 minute exercise. I did (20 sec) plank, (20) sit-ups, (20) jumping jacks,(20) modified yoga challenge. I don't know how many steps. I forgot to put my watch on after my shower and left the house without it. I spent the day chasing my grandson around. 💪Mission Slimpossible Strong!💪 3

            Today i did 2 minutes on my steps machine. I did 30 squats. I didn't go out walking. Still feeling under the weather. But I did do 5 minutes on my vibration plate. I think I did pretty good for being sick. 3

            For Monday = Shape Shifters All I got in were two walks, but I felt better by the end of the day 3

            I did a 30-minute firming DVD, a short bike ride, and some ab exercises 3

            Today I did a walk, stretching on the stretch machine (whatever it's called) and did 2 planks. I felt strong after my workout today 💪🏻 3

            As suspected I didn't get much exercise today.I walked to my hospital appointment & back.The rest of the day sitting on a coach & eating a large fish & chip supper ! Hope tomorrow is better. Dancefit class booked for the morning.Then walk into town to collect some track suits I ordered.Maybe a swim in the evening or a session on the stationary bike. 1

            Tuesday 1 mile walk ✅ Dr Jo Full Body Stretch ✅ Pushups 2 ✅ Today’s walk was outside, 2.3 miles and a quicker pace.

            I was hoping today I could join everybody. However it was a long day. I did manage to do 10 minutes on the stationary bike on the hardest setting. 5

            Monday - I walked, stretched, and completed 15 jumping jacks Tuesday - walked, 30min. strength training, 20 jumping jacks. I didn't walk as long as I would've liked, only about 10 minutes, but it's better than nothing. Here's an example of an ab workout I tried for the first time. My 1.5yr old kept trying to lay on my stomach while I was doing this so it added to the challenge 😅 3

            Hello everyone! Today i did 2.5 minutes on steps machine, 33 squats, and a 10 minute walk with the dogs. Starting to feel a little bit better. Taking my meds and vitamins. 3

            Tuesday — 10/7 
 Cardio: We couldn’t row on the river yesterday because of high winds, changing tide, and rough water. Instead, we brought the ergs outside onto the dock and worked out together for about 40 minutes of cardio — It was a tough pace and I was tired! 😰Flexibility: After the erg workout, we stretched for 15 minutes. I also did 5 reps for each yoga pose (10-second hold each x 5 = 50 seconds each) for a total of 5 minutes. Strength: 40-second hold for the plank and ab workout with my son. 3

            I am late to this party, but I'd like to try to participate. My 3 activities this week are: - Strength training (goal 3x - Mon, Wed, Fri)
- Pilates (or Yoga as substitute) (Tue, Thu)
- Mobility/stretching (Sat and/or Sun)
 I'm currently using the ANDA app because I love the functional strength & mobility workouts and it's easy to stick to. Aside from all that, daily physio exercises. Sunday I did mobility exercises (21 mins) + physio 
 Monday, I did my strength (32 mins) + physio.
 Tuesday, I did a quick pilates workout (12 mins) but I forgot to to the physio 😬
 Wednesday - plan for today is my strength workout (30-40 mins) + physio3

            Tuesday: did all 3 of my activities. But I got a flu shot yesterday and I'm feeling sick today, so today is probably a bust. 3

            Monday: I did a quick morning yoga (12 minutes) a strength workout for runners (34 minutes) and a walk (20 minutes, 3.7km) Tuesday: I did a quick morning yoga (11 minutes) and ice skating (45 minutes) Wednesday: I woke up early again for yoga (12 minutes), I went to the gym for a strength session (1 hour) and I went for a run with my friend (44 minutes, 6km) I like how I feel after doing a morning yoga video but with the weather getting colder I am finding it harder to get up early 3

            Today I danced for 56mins in my class.It was great that a guy joined the class this morning.It doesn't happen very often which is a shame. Walked 12 mins then 7 mins then walked fast for 1.44 mins & it recorded as running 🏃♂️ This evening I got my heart pumping walking up & down my stairs & my hallway for 20 mins including cool down.My legs were like jelly. 3

            Hey y'all: Yesterday, I walked, did my strength exercises and did some dancing…still having issues with coughing and it makes it hard to get too active…hard to breathe. Feeling a little better today…just wish my voice would come back 100%…still sound like I'm a bass, not a 2nd soprano!! Today I was feeling more like myself…walked quite a bit at work…did some dancing once I got home and still have to get my strength exercises done. Hope you have a wonderful Thursday! Jessica 2

            I’m probably just gonna call it quits for this challenge. I was behind and this afternoon I got into a car wreck. I’m just not feeling it. 7

            Wednesday I did 5 minutes on my steps machine, 50 squats, and 30 minutes of walking! Feeling a little better today. Still stuffy nose and nasty cough. 3
