What do you do when you find yourself slipping on your weight loss journey?

When I find myself slipping, I try to get back to basics. I plan meals for the day, track every bite, lick & taste, weigh & measure everything, put my fork down between bites, food prep for the week, have “go to” easy meals. Thankfully I have a gym partner now. I got rid of a little over 50 lbs on WW -

I am trending in the wrong direction! Its the time of year where people send me chocolate and other treats at work and I am terrible at saying no! Also my father (89) is staying with us pending surgery which is leaving less free time for exercise. My husband and I are going to regroup this weekend and make a plan to get through December with a downward trend.
