Not sure exactly what's going on but I do feel that overall my appetite is not as ferocious as it use to be. Yes my stomach can still growl at times but I don't seem to crave food like I used to. Could be just a thing going on right now. I'll say this my weight isn't acting like it. I still go up and down.

I still crave, but I’m full faster - if that makes sense. I still wanna eat, but I’ve got less capacity.
And hopefully Im listening to those signals a bit better.0 -
I don't usually eat as much as I use too.

My appetite hasn’t changed. But my taste buds may be wearing out. A number of things don’t taste as good as they used to.
An example- I only want to drink dark roast coffee. Anything else seems kind of tasteless. Noticed this about the last 6 months.

My appetite seems about the same or even reduced a tad. When I had Covid for the first and only time in 2024 I was afraid of losing my sense of taste and smell but thankfully did not. My calorie intake is lower and doubtless my metabolism is slower which makes weight a challenge

My tastes have evolved tremendously over the course of my life, but I am still capable of over eating the things I like. What I have also noticed is that the number of calories I need on a daily basis in order to manage my weight is going down. that adds to the challenge of weight management in a way that I was unprepared for.
