Hi everyone! I'm new to the concept of eating more to lose weight! I recently implemented eating an early breakfast instead of waiting until 12:30 pm to eat something. I've been doing this for a week now and I'm scared to weigh myself after my first week. Hahaha.
I'm 52 years young and noticed the past few years that losing fat is not simple anymore, sad. So, for the past few years I've been trying different apps and methods but nothing has worked and I've gained instead of lost. So, here I am being very hopeful that this time will work, eating more and strength training.
