I'm up 0.4 kg, but in truth, I'm just bouncing around in my usual range, always a few kg higher than I want to be. I haven't been as restrictive in my intake as I need to be to better manage my weight, and while I've got plenty of excuses, the simple fact is that I'm not locked into having weight-management as my top food priority.
I have been running pretty consistently though. Barring any problems, I am on-track to meet my goal for this year. I am getting in three 6-7 mile runs per week. One of these days I'll need to track km, but tracking kg is enough metric system for me for right now!
