I've found this book MOST instrumental in helping me to control my T2D and hope it will help others as well. It's written in the plain straight forward language that I can appreciate.
I bought the kindle version a couple of months ago as well as the paperback (for people in my life) but thought I would pass on the info that the kindle version is now on sale for Sept. I bought mine for just under 10$ a couple of months ago :drinker:
