Missed yesterday :[

So I had to take yesterday off because i have vertigo. I had a migraine saturday night which became less painful on Sunday but have been dizzy/light headed since then as well. I did Insanity on Monday (took the day off work though, too dizzy) and felt light headed the whole way through. Went to a walk in clinic yesterday on my lunch break and they gave me motion sickness meds and said to not work out "too intensely" right now. :[ I'm so sad. i took off yesterday but I am feeling a bit better today so I might go through with it just less intensely. I am thinking maybe its from all the jumping? Maybe I could have not been eating enough (was at 1600 now im upping to 1800) I only burn 340-370 cals per video. I dont think thats TOO much. Maybe its an electrolyte thing (I dont eat a lot of salt) Anyone had problems like this?

    dont feel bad for missing. especially if your not feeling well. I had to miss a few days my first round but due to my child's illness and traveling. i got dizzy a few times during the 2nd month but it would usually pass. R you working out on an empty stomach? i noticed if im hungry and didn't eat for few hrs i would get light headed. im burning about the same amount and eating around the same calories. if u continue to feel dizy everyday u do it , i would stop the workout.

    I feel your pain, I went to a concert last night and ended up with a mild concussion. Nothing too serious, but no workouts for a couple days :( It sucks when you lose that rhythm, but the important thing is your health! Always remember that you have the motivation and you CAN get back to it, and you will kick its *kitten*!

    I usually eat a protein bar at around 4:30-5PM and I workout at around 7PM. If I eat any closer to 7PM i get stomach cramps when I work out! A few times I'd get home from work and still be hungry after the protein bar and eat something small and I get horrific stomach cramps while working out. I also eat IMMEDIATELY after i workout with a protein shake + dinner. Its just hard to up my calories because im not hungry!
