Meals

I am a creature of habbit..
but does anybody know some quick 200 cal meals.
I already know about Yogurt and fruit. cheese..
Something of more the lines of Beans and Rice, ( as I can add stuff to it.)

    I love quinoa. Its high in protein and better than rice. you can add any veggies you want. some olive oil. lemon juic, salt and pepper. yumm
    I make a meditteranean salad all the time, quinoa, cucumber, black olives, tomoatoes red onion.

    another one i mkae I add black beans, tomoatoes, corn, avocado, use grapeseed/olive oil/chili powder and balsamic for dressing.

    almonds and cottage cheese.
