My TDEE is 4100 ?!?

Anyone else with this high of a TDEE? Do I really eat that much for 8 weeks?

Be aware that if you have a lot of fat to lose, the foundation of the math, the BMR, if based on age, weight, height is going to be inflated over a more accurate estimate based on weight and bodyfat %.

And as many discover, starting out with inflated BMR of 200-400 over reality, means the TDEE is even more inflated, and eating at deficit really is not at all.

While lifting you'll make great strides eating at deficit, but you can't lose weight if that is needed too.
If doing reset and really eating in surplus, you'll make really great gains in strength if lifting, but also gain fat.

Get your Katch BMR figured with bodyfat %.
