Day 18 of 90
Focus T25 Week 3 Day 4
Today : ALPHA Cardio
I took it easy on the squats today, after using the heating pad on my quad last night I woke up sore, but still 10 times better than I had anticipated! I am really going to try my best to get up 30 mins early to do doubles tomorrow ( I have said that the last two weeks but have failed , by the end of the week this gettting up at 4:30am and not getting home from work and school until 9pm really starts to get to me, let alone having to get up at 4am lol)

Good morning! I am on day 20 of the 30 day shred so I am happy to only have 10 days left. I finished my workout today and am thinking about what I will do tonight, although I get home later from work than normal. I'm not sure what to start next (September 30th). I need variety. Any suggestions?0

Focus T 25 is a great workout and only 25 mins long. You will sweat, burn calories and tone up quick. I'm in my last week and the results I've gotten is awesome. I will post my final results on Monday. I plan on doing another round, because I still have a few pounds to go and I love the 25 min workouts. 30 day shred is tough I've done that one. Congrats for getting this far, and you will have to let us know your final results. Have a great day.0

So as some of you may see on my profile status, I killed my knee (sprain, possible tear though I hope not!). I have an MRI on Wednesday to find out. In the meantime dr told me no walking and definitely no Shred DVD. I need some great ideas to stay on track that won't impact my legs. I gave into weakness today in my gloominess and drowned it in Carvel...now I regret it just because it was stupid. But I have to forgive myself and move on. Ugh, tomorrow is another day.0

Mylittleowl...tomorrow is a new day so forgive yourself for today and remember how dedicated you've been up to this point. I know it's hard to do when everything seems to be bringing life down but stay positive!!
Today was intervals class at the gym. It was killer hot in there so it was almost like doing "hot intervals" but i made it to the end and felt great after. Tomorrow is supposed to be my long run. I have the alarm set so hopefully I find the ambition to get out of bed! Lol!0 -
My little owl.....hope your knee is going to be okay. You're right....tomorrow is another day, and I know you are going to be right back on track.
I did 2 miles (27 min) of a 3 mile ab WATP workout using ab belt in the AM. I also did another 15 min 1 mile walk in the evening. Would have been more both in the AM and PM...but I got interrupted both times. Well....3 miles for the day is still better than none.0
