Hey, let's share our goals for this week!
My goals are:
3 days lifting at the gym
2 days belly dancing
10000 steps each day.... this one has really become difficult for me lately
Stick to my calorie goals.... also very difficult lately!
I just started lifting again after taking the summer off... 105 most days and no air-conditioning! So it may in fact be a very painful week! Last weeks leg workout left me shuffling in pain for days! It felt good when I was doing it, but DOMS hit with a vengeance!

Hi! Those are reasonable goals and you can do it just stay focused and you will get it done. I'm taking a rest week because I just finished Focus T25. I ordered Focus T25 Gamma which is the next phase and will be starting that once it arrives. I will still keep my nutrition in check this coming week by staying within my calorie goals and eating clean!! Have a great weekend.0

If I don't log in my exercise as soon as I do it, I've been getting so busy/tired at night that I forget to log it that day. So......it's a beautiful and cool Saturday AM here in NJ and I started out with a 5 mile 67 minute advanced WATP video.....using hand weights for 1 mile, ab belt for 1 mile, and stretchie band for 1 mile.

Good morning. I got in a Zumba class and an arm challenge this morning. I have the 30 day shred this afternoon sometime. Not looking forward to that. Off to do some shopping now!0

It is a gorgeous day here in NJ! It was just too tempting to resist going out for a walk. I took it easy and slow wearing a knee brace for support. My goal for this week is to stay within my calories, and get in at least 300 burned calories per day somehow (whether doing the sitting exercises I started or going out for a walk on flat ground only). If I get the all clear from the Ortho I will find a new video as I think it's time to kiss the Shred goodbye and find something easier on the knees. OH and I'm joining the gym at work this week so that 3 times a week I can try to do some strength exercises.0

To go with the 5 mile 67 minute Advanced WATP video I did this AM...using hand weights for 1 mile, ab belt for 1 mile, and stretchie band for 1 mile.............I just did the 3 mile 41 minute Slim and Sleek WATP video.
8 miles done today. Woo hoo!0 -

Focus T25 Week 3 Day 6
Today : REST!
I did not check in yesterday, had a very busy day with my son, it was opening ceremonies for baseball so we were at the field from 8 am until just after noon, then we had to run our weekly errands and that was pretty much my day!!
I am eager to see how T25 Gamma goes! I am going to order that once im in the Beta phase0
