The question is if you drink Bulletproof Coffee (coffee blended w/ butter & coconut oil) are you still considered to be in a fasted state?
Logically, I think no, because you are ingesting nearly 500 calories, but I feel like read somewhere that it was.

Probably not true IF, but it's within the rules of Bulletproof IF.

From what I've read, it's folks on ketogenic diets who consider BPC a part of fasting (no carbs or proteins & the fats aid ketone generation which theoretically are burned off for energy). Some refer to it as 'modified' fasting because like you said, there's quite a few calories in BPC so fasting 'purists' wouldn't consider it fasting.0
