Today is day 75 since I work out. First I workout 30 day shred and then Ripped in 30 and now 14 days of Body Revolution. I'm proud of myself because I have never insisted on exercising so much time. But I'm disappointed in the 10 weeks I only lost 2 kg (4.4 lbs). I hope that by June I lost in the last 8 kg (17.6 lbs, BMI 20.5), and that my muscles looked better.
