Week 1 - Starting weight and Targets for the week ahead

So here we go, I'm 176lbs and my goal weight is 154lbs ... so only 22 to drop (28 gone already!).
This week its going to be all about the EXERCISE!!! I'm going to use the treadmill at least 4 times this week for 30 mins a crack (walking at 3.5 mph).

I'm also going to get back to proper meal planning and blogging my ideas - so its a real Back-to-Basics approach! It worked before so it will work again!!!
