hey I was just about to post I hav jumped to week3 as i think i can take it
so i did today week3 that is 1 & half min Run & 1 & half minute walk

Don't do it! Unless you plan on sticking to Week 3 for a few weeks, don't skip ahead. Trust me. I've failed on this program enough times to know it. Slow and steady wins this race.
I am on Week 6 right now, and it's taken me since July to get here. I'm focusing more on weights now, so I'm only doing one run a week. I just did 5 minutes walk/ 10 minutes jog/ 3 minutes walk/ 10 minutes jog/ 4 minute cooldown walk Saturday. My next run will be 25 minutes without stopping. Kinda crazy, huh?!0 -
