    You can choose 40g net carbs & it'll figure out the rest for you.

    For example, I used my stats with 40g net carbs & this is what I got:

    40 g Carbohydrates (11%)
    80 g Protein (21%)
    115 g Fat (68%)

    Your total grams won't necessarily match because these numbers are based on lean body mass.

    If you follow calories: After setting your required protein and max 40 grams carbs then the remainder of calories should be fat.
    If you are just counting carbs and not calories, eat unlimited fat (natural is better in my opinion) and moderate protein to the point where you feel satisfied. (Sometimes I eat ALOT of calories when going back to very low carb (25-30) - however, so far I have not gained any weight by overeating fat - but that is just me).

    They aren't necessarily related. The Keto Calcuator posted above is good. Eat the correct protein grams for your lean body mass. Eat the desired number of carbs, certainly 50 g or fewer a day if ketosis is the goal. Then make up the rest of the calories with fat.
