    I did DYNAMIC CORE at 5 a.m. today but i can not say that I NAILED it because my back was out! But I got adjusted today & all is better!

    3 mile speed walk with 4 furry kids
    T25 Upper Focus (barefeet!)
    5 mile bike ride

    Looking FORWARD to Double Day Friday!

    I'm still here working on t25 just been working and don't really have time for posting. I have had to shift my workout days some so I do my dbl on the weekend.

    Friday's DOUBLE DAY is DONE!!!! plus running up & down stairs to stir the salsa I was making to earn me over 700 cal's torched!
