First day of low carb- how does this look

Hi everyone

So this was my first day of low carb. I had

Breakfast- 3x egg cooked in 1tsp EVOO. 1/2 tin tuna 6 x Brazil nuts. 12x almonds
Snack- 1 x babybel cheese. 2tsp peanut butter
Lunch- Fillet of smoked mackeral, cabbage, feta cheese, 1x gherkin
Snack- 1 pot of greek yogurt (170g), 1tsp tahini stirred in and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
Dinner- 1 cup spinach, 50g avocado, 1 stirloin steak 3 small mushrooms

Does this look ok? Is there anything I should change?
