I recently made Yorkshire pudding for my husband. He said they are what his Grandma used to make for Sunday dinners. They were super easy to make, had an eggy-roll type flavor, almost like a crepe but not so rubbery. They cook in muffin tins and puff up like little rolls. I really liked them because they had 30 cals, 2 protein, 3 carbs in a single roll. Just wanted to drop the recipe in case anyone else wanted to try this.

**just thought I'd add that I did add a touch more flour than they called for, and also spiced with some salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

As a Yorkshire girl I can thoroughly recommend a good yorkie pud! But they have to be done properly and served with loads of gravy
