okay so i have started with jog run or c25k. 1 day before i did 5 minute jog and today 6.5 minute.
inorder to reduce the pain in lower legs i jog at a very slow pace
but the thing is that after my run my legs become very stiff.
and dere is pain aswell
i want suggestions is this my legs getting used to a new exercise or how to reduce it so i can continue succesfully.
i am obese by 10 lbs aswell.

I was 220 or so, which means that I was about 50 pounds overweight. It sounds like you are in the adjustment period where your muscles get used to the new movement. Going very slowly is the right thing to do. It sounds like you need to add some stretching into your routine. Here's some easy ideas:
