I just started eating as a vegan and wondering how can I get my full Calorie intake Because I cannot seem to get there and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I cut out all meat, fish, poultry, dairy products and am abstaining from the use of animal products. Can someone sugest something ?

Well, it would be helpful if your diary was public. You should add things like tofu, nuts, legumes, peanut butter, actually any nut butter... You could have toast with some vegan butter, almond butter, and jam on it and that would add some extra calories. Snack on raw almonds or walnuts throughout the day. Cook your foods in olive oil or coconut oil. People even add coconut oil to their morning coffee for the health benefits.0

Mega Smoothies! Load up on high calorie fruits like bananas, dates or even mangoes. Throw in some almond milk if you like with a nut butter and cinnamon is delish! Also you can disguise greens in with cinnamon soo nicely - kale and spinach work well. Smoothies are just so easy for on the go or to drink casually at home.0

Kale sounds like a good Idea I hvae heard some really good things about it thank-you so much for the information and I guess I'm going to have to bump up the smoothies a bit more for high calorie intake. What greens would you sujust with cinnamon I'm very curious and would love to try it.0
